OEM Orders & Customization
- All orders placed with KK Enterprises (Earbuds Manufacture) are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Branding options (UV Printing, Laser Printing, OEM Packaging, Bluetooth Name Customization) will be done as per details shared by the Client. The Client is responsible for ensuring accuracy of brand details.
- Once approved, customized products cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Payments must be made as agreed during order confirmation. Orders will be processed only after advance payment.
Delivery & Timelines
- Standard bulk orders are delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on customization and stock availability.
- In case of imports from China, delivery time may vary depending on logistics and customs clearance.
- KK Enterprises will not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
